Film Classics

Film Classics - this is a free app. You get 30 full length films that you can stream or download to the iPad. The offerings provide a diverse range of films. Some real silent era big names like: The Battleship Potemkin, Metropolis, Birth of a Nation, but also some fun and funky stuff, Plan 9 from Outerspace, and Reefer Madness.

I did experience some freezes with the streaming, so when and where you are can make a difference with the flow and enjoyment of the movie. But, what an easy and convenient source for some films that you don't find in the more commercial sources.
